Getting started with a payment and donation software shouldn’t cost you an arm and a leg (you need those appendages for your ministry after all). That’s why there are no sneaky setup fees or costly monthly fees with online giving in Flocknote – it’s included as part of all Flocknote plans.
You simply pay the friendly, industry-standard: 1.1% + 30¢ per ACH transaction, and 2.9% + 30¢ per credit/debit card transaction.
Flocknote’s capability to segment your members into groups and subgroups makes it easy to add people to groups based on the class they are in. You can assign religious education teachers/catechists as Group Admins so they can access the contact info for the members (or parents of children) in their class. Yes! Flocknote makes exporting your data for your accounting software super easy! You can also connect signup forms and RSS feeds to your church’s website – you can even post notes directly to social media without lifting a finger.
In Flocknote, there are 3 admin levels.
There are Super Admins (who can do anything and everything on your network), Group Admins (who can see full names and contact info, manage members and group settings, and send notes), and Note Senders (who can create and send notes to designated groups).
You can have an unlimited number of each admin level. Each admin will log in separately and will see their differing levels of privilege reflected automatically when they log in (after those privileges have been assigned). Learn how to assign admin access here.
